Academics

Course offerings are geared to a broad range of abilities, interests, vocational, and academic goals. Honors courses are offered in English and Social Studies in grades 9 through 12, and sophomores, juniors, and seniors in those courses may opt to take the Advanced Placement examination administered by the College Board. Foreign Language offerings include four years of study in French and Spanish. Learning support services are offered for students with a variety of special needs.

Students in the Vocational-Technical program are enrolled in the Cumberland Perry Area Career & Technical Center for the acquisition of skills in fields such as auto body repair, carpentry, child care, dental assistant, food service, law enforcement, and office techniques.

A wide range of electives in the areas of the sciences, language arts, social studies, mathematics, business, family and consumer science, industrial technology, art, community service learning, and music is available.
