Larry Locker
Mr. Locker brings 23 years of experience in education and is beginning his 11th year in administration. His journey has included teaching Health and Physical Education and coaching basketball at Mt. Calvary Christian School, as well as serving as a special education teacher and consultant at the Lancaster-Lebanon IU13. Most recently, he spent ten years as a supervisor at the Lancaster-Lebanon IU3, supporting students, families, and educators across the district.
Mr. Locker earned his Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education from Baptist Bible College, obtained his Special Education Certification from Immaculata University, and completed his master’s degree in educational administration at the University of Scranton.
With a deep commitment to student success and well-being, Mr. Locker is excited to be joining the East Pennsboro community. He looks forward to building meaningful relationships with students, staff, and families, and contributing to the strong, positive culture that makes the district such a special place.
Mr. Locker and his wife, Lisa, have four children: Larry, Katie, Kallee and Lucas. Mr. Locker enjoys spending time with his family, going to the beach, attending sporting events and traveling.
