Please join us for Parent-Teacher Conferences on Monday, November 24, from 12:15 pm until 7:30 pm, and Tuesday, November 25, from 7:45 am until 2:30 pm. We want to offer multiple ways for you to engage with our teachers, including virtual conferences or by utilizing translation services should either be beneficial.
To schedule a conference please follow these directions.
- Go to https://www.myconferencetime.com/ephs
- You will see a list of teachers. Please click on the teacher(s) name(s) with whom you wish to schedule a conference(s) and use the calendar feature to schedule them. You will get a confirmation email.
If you cannot meet face-to-face, we still value your involvement in a virtual conference.
- To make your conference a virtual one, please select the timeslot and then email the teacher requesting a Zoom link. The teacher will provide you with a link prior to the conference. Click here for staff directory.
If you need translation services,
- Please call the high school at 717-287-8446 to make a request for telephone translation at the conference.
To make changes to any of your conferences,
- Please utilize the website before November 21 at Noon. You will need your confirmation email.
- To make changes after November 21 at Noon, please contact the high school office at 717-287-8446.
If you do not have a device or need assistance scheduling a conference,
- Please call the high school at 717-287-8446 and speak with Ms. Davis. Prior to calling, please know the names of the teachers with whom you wish to meet.
