Fall Sports Registration
With the Fall Sport season quickly approaching, the East Pennsboro Athletic Department would like to share important information regarding Fall Sports registration:
Registration
We have now rolled over our RankOne system to the new school year, which means everyone may now register for a Fall Sport. All of the registration information, including the registration link to RankOne is on our athletic website (see link below).
EP Athletic Website- Enrollment and Physical Exams
Please see the “Important Upcoming Dates” below for the registration deadlines for Middle School and High School sports. After registration (on RankOne) and submission of your physical forms, please check on your RankOne portal for verification of your completed registration. We need time to process and upload this information into RankOne, so the earlier you can register, the better. We are usually very busy around the registration deadlines as we work to process everyone’s paperwork. Students whose registration is completed after the deadline must sit out of the first day of practice (or until their registration has been completed).
Physicals
We will be holding one more physical date at UPMC this summer on July 23rd from 3-6 PM at UPMC West Shore Orthopaedics (1830 Good Hope Rd, Enola). All student-athletes participating in a school sport must have completed the CIPPE Form (Sections 5 and 6) once per year dated after May 1st, 2025 (see athletic website for the forms). If your son/daughter participates in a fall sport in 2025, and decides to compete in a winter or spring sport, they will only need to have the CIPPE Re-Certification Form (Section 7) completed for subsequent seasons in the same school year. CIPPE Section 5 must be completed, signed, and dated by a parent/guardian, and Section 6 must be completed, signed, and dated by a physician. Please sign up in the link below for a time slot if you plan to attend the July 23rd physical. There is a $15 fee at the time of the physical. Cash or check will be accepted. Checks can be made out to “EPASD”. Before submitting physical paperwork to the Athletic Office, please double-check that all of the forms are properly signed and filled out. We often receive forms that are incomplete.
ImPACT Testing
At this time, all students wishing to participate in a fall sport must complete the Impact Testing baseline test once in 7th-8th grade, and once in 9th-12th grade. Impact Testing can be completed on a home computer, and must be completed by the registration deadline. For those entering 7th or 9th grade, the link to the ImPACT Test may be found in the link below.
Required Parent Meeting
We will be hosting one “All-Sports” parent meeting on Wednesday, August 13th at 6:30 PM in the HS Auditorium. Immediately following the all-sports meeting, each Fall Sports coach will break-out and meet briefly with their group of parents. We ask at least one parent/guardian to attend this meeting. This is only for students participating in fall sports.
All-Sport Passes
All-Sports Passes are now available to be purchased in-person by visiting the Athletic Office. These passes will admit immediate family members into all home regular-season sporting events. Passes will once again be digital. Family All-Sports Passes cost $113 (including fees) and cover adults and students residing within the same household. Individual All-Sports Passes cost $63 (including fees), and cover an individual. Passes do not include entry into special events, ticketed school activities, and/or playoff games (regular-season games only). Please contact the athletic office for more information or to purchase your pass.
In summary, current requirements for all student-athletes to be registered include:
- Completion of annual physical, CIPPE From Sections 5 and 6 submitted to the Athletic Office via e-mail or in-person.
- Online registration (RankOne), this includes verifying acknowledgement of the Student and Parent Athletic Handbook
- ImPACT Testing (if not yet completed once during MS, or once during HS)
